Ice block is unobtainium at the moment, maybe in the future you can get one. Problem is that it'll look suuuper scuffed, just like water is scuffed. I think the discussion came up in the past. One trick you can potentially try is to lure a snow nimboss or other snow creatures to your build and have them shoot snowballs at water. Then you can create ice blocks. The area needs to be unclaimed for this trick to work. Very user friendly!
