Hey, I was wondering how or why people have colored nametags. Is it because of their level or what? Plz help me find out.

That's ok. But idk if its the same for you but when I go to friends on the top and I see that captainshadows name is green why is that?

In game the color of your name is determined by the how you colored your character. On the site on the player page a name is green if the player is online.
