The easiest and quickest way to get a dragon is to pay the $33 donation. Otherwise, you'll need to build a really cool town, or a collection of structures that will make people say,"WOW!"... in a good way. When building, I try to construct structures/buildings that nobody else has made, so that it's unique, and original. You will also need to impress one person... and that's Firefly, because it will be him that decides if it's "Wonder" worthy. So... you can pay up, or spend weeks building stuff that Firefly will be impressed with. I hope, I didn't overstep my place here ;)

You're right on KJ ... also, if you pay up front, you'll have the benefit of USING the dragon while you build your wonder.
