I'm not sure about those years on the coast, but you can approach this in two ways: 1.) mute in-game music from the options menu and play your own music using another app or service 2.) replace the .ogg files in the 'Music' folder with ones that you'd like to play—you'll have to make sure the file names line up and the number of tracks should stay equal Have fun! :D
