Definitely the Clusterbunny. It's painful to think of how long it takes to kill it, plus it bounces on the ground and can hurt you from very far away no matter what is in the way of it (trapping it in blocks doesn't stop it from being able to cause ground tremors and hit you). It's worth fighting still, you get a special flag once you kill it.
