I'll bite! I introduced Assistana to help new players get answers to early-game questions. As far as I can tell she's been answering those pretty well, even receiving 'thanks' from players. There are still topics on which her answers can be better, but that will work itself out over time. That positivity aside I can see that players who know all about the game don't get too much entertainment out of Assistana. But keep in mind that even large companies don't have virtual assistants that will keep you entertained for days, so you can't expect the world from Assistana!
