Someone is posing as me and saying it's me and they put my name on it. And on top of that they say things to people so they hate me. There are already players who have believed him and hate me believing that I'm the bad one. PLEASE IF YOU SEE SOMEONE WHO IS THE IMPOSTER, LET ME KNOW. Or tell her to stop doing that.

I changed the topic title from 'ATTENTION! DON'T TRUST BECAUSE THERE IS AN IMPOSTER' so it better fits in the box. First issue here is that players can say what they want without it being true. I could say I am Firefly all day long and nothing bad would happen. If someone else would pose as me, I don't think the sky would be falling, but there would a small social and trust problem. Still, I think having a somewhat open discussion platform is useful. My most trustworthy system for determining who's who is to look at the player name. If it's different than the one they claim to be, be on your guard. I think that's just common sense. Technically there is zero reason to be mistrustful about the actual player names you see. Nobody can see, retrieve or deduce account passwords. Not even me. As far as I know there have been no security breaches or unauthorized database accesses. Your data has always been safe with me so far.
