Something like that, yes. At the end of the day it works best for me to get an e-mail with corrections so I can apply them. It's easy to miss forum posts and I can't really decide which translations are best. As for players, I think Koooool, Alex makarov, you (Noddrog) and 412655 speak Russian pretty well. I'm sure there's others, try to recruit on the Russian forum. I point people there as well (see release notes).
