Every time I download that file 📂 it sends to downloads once I try to open it to download the apk it just says there are no apps to open the file, I already downloaded several PDF extractors and it still won't let me. download 3D version

I don't think the problem is with Angeldust, the APK, or your phone. You need to do something called "side loading". (I'm not going to explain how to do this, because it will make your device more vulnerable to scams and attacks if you do not know what you are doing. Best I can do is tell you what it is called, so you can read up on the topic and move from there.)
