I have notices that time to time it happens that I still hear the sound of rain even after it ended. More interesting is that the sound goes away when I hold the righ mouse button and when I release it it appears again. But it is pretty rare so I didn't find the reason yet. Anyone else has such experience?

I don't think I've ever noticed this in all the time I've been playing. It's also completely weird that RMB would get rid of it. If you ever find a way to trigger this reliably I'll gladly dive into it, but I have absolutely no idea what's going on :D

Me neither, as I said it happened just few times (like 3) and I don't know how to reproduce it. I have suspicion that the saddle is involved. Or maybe the sound was comming from a nearby area where it was raining, but I didn't see its efect. I jsut ask if anyone met something like that...

Just checking: you're sure it's rain? Since a few updates ago, there's also an ambient water sound effect which sounds a bit similar. If you're near a lot of water, you'll hear it. Same goes for lava.

Not sure about the last time, there was some water on nearby claim. However I remember the first time. I was standing AFK in front of my house and there was a rain. When I came back the rain was gone but its sound was still there. I will try to keep eye on it to learn more. I will also check sound options of the desktop recording so I can make a video with sound next time.
