I hope to release Angeldust v3.31 soon. It'll be the best Angeldust ever, except for one issue: the Windows binaries won't be digitally signed as I cannot currently justify the €300 price tag for this. (Donations are welcome :D) To establish which binaries are trusted, here are VirusTotal submissions I made to prove the time and date of submission (September 16th, 2024 before 09.20 UTC) along with cryptographic hashes you can check yourself. I am posting before the official release so you know these are actually submitted by me and so that search engines can link to these hashes once the binaries are released in public. I also have a favor to ask in advance: once Angeldust v3.31 is released, it would help greatly if everyone with access to a Windows computer downloads (Itch.io) and force-runs the Angeldust v3.31 Windows binaries at least once. This sets up reputation in the Microsoft SmartScreen system so it won't block and remove the update for other players. Hey @Rob12, good to see you here! The big new feature for Angeldust v3.31 is placeable plants, flowers and decorations like rocks. You will also be able to hide naturally occurring decorations. We'll have FIVE new paintings by our very own @ritpop, one new 'rope net' sticker and a photon mimic crash fix. And I think this will also be the first 'real' release with immediate ('fast') building feedback, especially helpful on slower devices and connections. It also brings Vietnamese language support (and flag); there's just so many things that I can finally roll out to everyone.

To manage expectations: Angeldust v3.31 has no changes or improvements in lighting. It's the same engine as before, just with new features and blocks. I want to ensure that any system that could run Angeldust v1.0 can still run the latest version too. (Aside from artificial limitations like App Store guidelines.) But that doesn't mean you won't be able to have 'better lighting'! Because I'll also do my best to update the WebGL versions of the game. And one of those does have cool, new graphics tricks :-)
