The game is absolutely rock solid for me, that's the weird part. But Spectrum – where / when does it crash?

It crash when i was repairing part of the city that i had claimed,it crashes before 1 minute,40 - 60 after i signed in

Does it happen when performing a certain action? Or just randomly? Can you try lowering the detail level / view distance a bit?

I hope it's working fine now. Just tested on some of my own devices and the game's been running solidly. And yes, I panicked a bit. Crash reports are never fun :)
