If you're using a laptop, keep your hands off the touch pad while signing in. I've made that mistake.

Make sure you have your username and password correct in the sign in box on the game. Remember, some symbols use different characters on some devices and programs so I recommend sticking to a limited character set set. That is a-z, A-Z, 1-9, "0,!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*,(,)" I recommend avoiding using apostraphies, quotes, "<", ">" and non-parentesies brackets because some input systems will substitute them for extended character equivilents, such as half-width versions, biased versions, integrated versions and directional versions (for instance directional quotes, and half-width brackets)
