I have just restarted the Angeldust game server to try and fix recent performance issues. The Angeldust website and game server should become more responsive from now on. In practice I don't notice much of a difference yet, but data is still being shuffled around right now.
The restart did unfortunately kill @Hummm's experimentation with the 'Play together!' feature. I'm sorry for this, it was an unintentional side effect that I realized too late.

I set up one more performance tweak this morning and had to restart the Angeldust game server one last time. Consider this maintenance round completed—the next server restart will be planned and announced beforehand.

I believe I fixed another annoyance: the website would log you out rather quickly, so you'd have to sign in often. It should now leave you logged in for roughly a week after your last interaction before requiring you to sign in again.
