Why not just a "\" as a shortcut for sitting and "alt" for that? why the menu?

why \? It would be very impractical. A more practical and simply logical solution is to add a new action button to the F menu Entering a command will take longer than just Open the menu and click on the button, and especially relevant for mobile devices.
