There are people with over 1000accounts *COUGH* Aeth *Cough* So those numbers are indeed just numbers. If we remove everyone with less that 20k gold Number could go to about 10k unique players[what is still nice number]

Numbers don't lie but people do, most of those are side accounts people make for more claims and god knows how many accounts were made for free gold from referals.
