Goodbye, Alexi! I'll miss you, and I wish you the very best for the future and for your health. You've been one of the most visible and outspoken people in the community for years and you inspired me to write and perform a pirate song, play Doom and even replay Deus Ex in my own time. We all enjoyed your memes, jokes and educational builds and videos. Who could forget classics like Angeldust Energy Drink, Gordon Freeman playing Angeldust, and all your pirate concept art? It's been a blast having you on board and nobody could ever bring to the table what you did. Many players enjoy your hard work on the Russian translation. I've been impressed by your ability to work with others and deliver results in record time. And you did a stellar job! Thanks for keeping me sharp over the years and helping me improve the game in areas where I wasn't even looking, as recently as last week with the above-ground NPC routing. I've improved the game's visuals with Angeldust PostFX initially, then moved on to a rewritten rendering engine with state of the art rendering techniques. I've pushed my own boundaries thanks to you. All the best, and don't worry about a thing. Our relationship runs deep enough to handle you sharing your thoughts. I encourage everyone to form their own opinion on your document and we can discuss it here. All I can say is that—as an Angeldust friend—I'm sorry I let you down. Godspeed on your journey onwards! I don't know you very well @Alexi makarova, but I hope you still drop by in the game in the future maybe. At least to say hi to the people you met here and talked with. You built Mario with Flags and lots of other amazing stuff in BTT- thanks for those fun designs.Take care and best of luck!
