Try turning down the youtube video quality. The high def. video quality from youtube takes a bunch of bandwidth. If you're playing the game chances are you aren't even looking at the video. Turning the video quality down doesn't effect the sound. I used to turn down the game settings for the streams but we found that turning down the youtube quality works as well and then I can play the game on high settings even during the streams.
