Hey I'm a new player and it won't let me play online when I put all my info in to sign in it just keeps saying signing in and doesn't stop. I let this happen for about a minute and cut the app off and tried again and it didn't work. PLEASE HELP ME

This happened to me a few times... after typing in your Player's name and the password, don't push the keyboard's enter or return key (won't work for me)... instead, click on the "Sign In" button.
