There’s a hole in the council & Soicial Welfare Office on the left side of the building it’s near the stairs inside of the building you should see it https://imgur.com/a/CUjVGl1 I also noticed this https://imgur.com/a/zOR289x

@Rob12: For 'realism' might I suggest lowering the nets on the tennis courts? International Tennis Federation (ITF) guidelines state the net must be approximately one meter high, which would translate to one Angeldust block. No earthly tennis player is able to make shots with the current two-block tall nets :-)
