when you kill a noraml one theres a chance it will respawn into a hydra. the chance is greater the more people you have

A Hydra can only spawn in the Frozen Shards biome. You have to find a single headed red wyrim in the Frozen Shards biome then you have to kill it so it will turn into a hydra. The level you're at doesn't really matter, you can find a hydra in the lvl 20's, you just have to be in Frozen Shards.

I'm sure dumz's information is false. There's no percent chance it will turn into a hydra, killing a red wyrim in Frozen Shards is 100% guaranteed to become a hydra. The amount of people you have with you does not matter.

Yes, the only way to get a hydra is to kill a red wyrim in the Frozen Shards biome.

sorry about my info its just when i was fighting young wyrm it turned into hydra when i was with my friend
