So I noticed if you stack thin blocks, (like the thin wooden planks, and the thin glass blocks,) on top of each other, you can essentially create a ladder. I just discovered that on my own, is there any more tricks? Any tips or advice to building?

There are special blocks that can be earned through various tasks or found in the biomes.Complete these tasks and you earn the item. Also poles like pipes and wire can be used to climb up (this works with trees too).

ahah thank you for the tip, although i just spent 1 hour building a spiral staircase to reach the top of my Tower ><
