I've just fixed another obscure bug in the Angeldust game engine. Starting up Angeldust on macOS with V-sync disabled would actually lead to V-sync still being enabled until explicitly toggled in the options menu. The next update will fix the effective V-sync mode of operation on all OSes and devices. Yay for progress :)!
