It seems that when I open the map by pressing "m" and then I close by Esc, it will change my selected block type to something else. Actually it is rock but was also snow before... This is feature or bug? :)

No matter what slot you use it goes to slot 2 after you press esc... coincidentally slot 2 is also the deafult slot for the telecharger... you open the map trough the telecharger, so the game is opening the telecharger when you press M, thats why it goes there. But, the problem is when you dont have the telecharger in the hotbar, it still goes to slot 2 no matter what is in there.

I think I've fixed this in my build months ago. There have been a few screens that would change your item selection and I hunted them down carefully. I'll check tomorrow and fix this if it's still a problem. Sorry for the long delay with v3.0!

Yeah, I can confirm I fixed this bug about four months ago, but the fix is not publicly available because it's in v3.0.
