Without spoiling too much ... they're in red areas... so assuming you've discovered all the red areas, click on Areas ---> over there on the top right... then from the areas screen, click on each area (name or picture) then at the bottom of that screen it will have several pages and list each creature that can be found in that area. ... hopefully you've either already discovered Hydra and it shows, or, you know the shape you're looking for.
