Hey so i noticed something while playing with the builder sometimes its very hard to evolve your structures while other times its at first time. Sometimes i even build already upgraded structures. Is it random? Help Me understand if this is supposed to happen Thanky ou guys

If you're talking about the Turret.. yes it's random. (requires a critical hit) If you get a red fist from a chest before you build, it's created in the updated state.

I somehow missed the initial message. Upgrading devices is currently based on critical hammer hits which are distributed randomly. Like Hummm said you can use the fist powerup to either instantly upgrade a device or to place a new, upgraded one directly.
