you go from this: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ to this: ¯()_(ツ)_()¯ haha ... your hit points go up ... but there's no published/displayed values... But I assure you, when I'm leveling up a new account, I can absolutely tell the noobie has less hit points. It (currently) caps at level 32.
