To get a dragon either donate $33 to get the Donator badge or become a Wonder Builder to get the Wonder Builder badge: build an awesome build and show it off to FIrefly, if he likes it, he will make it a Wonder! And you get your dragon. If you choose the harder and more time costing Wonder Builder route: go trough all the wonders to get a feel of what a wonder looks like, also make sure you claim enough land.
