I tried to play the game and poped Steam's update window before starting the game, but when it was almos finished intaling it, it said there was an error writing the disk. I tried uninstaling it and instaling it again, but the same happens, just when is about to finish it marks an error. Any idea how can I solve it??

neither of the last 2 updates are "required" to play. ie you can still use the v3.11 client from last July (4th) to play. that said, check the obvious things... like sufficient disk space. my Mac OSX Steam version claims 377.6MB my Steam version just updated w/out issue... just a datapoint.

I don't think it's a space problem, unles the newest version weights more than 30gb. How do I make Steam install an older version??

I think the issue lies with Steam instead of Angeldust. Depending on your operating try entering "Steam error writing" or a similar query into your favorite search engine. Maybe contact Valve if the issue persists?

Finally I found the problem, apparently my antivirus was blocking Steam.
