I've heard similar complaints from others, probably about the same suspects. Not sure how to approach this yet without opening a whole can of worms. If what you are building is truly wonderful I might be able to invoke some of the wonder protection rules to remove claims around your build(s).

but how do you ban someone from making multiple accounts? is it directed toward the email? assuming they're using the same email to create a new account. and what if they create a new email and begin the same behavior pattern of multiple accounts with variations of a name? I think I just opened the can of worms! lol . but I wonder if the fact that unlimited claims is now available, then creating multiple AD accounts is unnecessary and maybe should be disabled if possible. like one AD account per email account? just a thought.

Yesterday I was able to ask Jack why he created multiple accounts. Reasoning was so he can start a new game, or the game can start new, something like that. I told him he doesn't need to start new each time, just keep his password to login. Not sure if that got through to him, but I'm suspecting maybe his understanding of the game is that he needs to create a new account each time. Or could be that he and Anna or not saving their passwords /deleting from cache and just losing access to the their accounts?

@TalkingPlants: You deserve a medal for being the first human being to be able to communicate with Jack (and/or Anna) :-) So they seem to enjoy the experience of unlocking things anew on a fresh account. And maybe they are still under the impression that they have a 64 (grief) claim limit per account. One feature I'm thinking of is to have a 'guest mode' where you always start with a fresh account and can relive the rush of unlocking things, with everything resetting when you sign out. Maybe that'll satisfy them.
