THIS is the Angeldust Public Unclaim Service! In this forum topic you can request me to unclaim lands and I will review and process your request at my earliest convenience. Here's how it works. Using the account that holds the land claim: 1.) Post a message in this forum topic with the text: 'I request an unclaim'. 2.) Send me (@Firefly) a private message containing the coordinates of one or two lands to be unclaimed. I will then review your request and, when granted, unclaim your lands. I will then publicly post '@PlayerName: GRANTED' or '@PlayerName: DENIED' so you know your unclaim request has been reviewed. The public visibility of the service keeps things fair and transparent for everyone involved. There are a few rules. Familiarize yourself with them before requesting an unclaim. A.) Stick to the correct order of action. First, post 'I request an unclaim' publicly in THIS forum topic. Second, send @Firefly a private message with coordinates. B.) Both the public post in THIS forum topic and the private message to @Firefly MUST originate from the land claim owner. No exceptions. C.) You may have only ONE unreviewed unclaim request in flight at a time. Wait for me to resolve your unreviewed request (if any) before requesting a new unclaim. D.) An unclaim request can cover ONE or TWO lands. No exceptions. E.) Unclaiming does NOT remove or replace the contents of any land. Be aware that anything you have built will remain there. F.) Make sure to double-check your coordinates. Unclaiming can not be undone and it is YOUR responsibility to make sure the coordinates in your private message are correct. G.) Unclaim requests are free, but do NOT refund the coins you paid for initially claiming the land. And that's it! This is the official way to unclaim land in an accountable and transparent way. My goal is to accommodate all reasonable requests, but I reserve the right to deny requests without any additional communication. (I'm also typing the acronym 'APUS' here so everyone can easily find this topic using the forum search.)
