I'm considering using this game in an upcoming college course and wanted to know if there are written instructions on how to play and use the various features (for example, how to claim land and build on it, or how to connect and play with a group of friends). Thanks!

The best we have is in-game control hints for new players, a few tutorials with icons to explain what things do and where to go. Claiming land is 'explained' using in-game hints. I'd love to have a better tutorial, but I'm focusing my development on gameplay and fun features right now.

I just thought a bit more about this. Depending on your needs and wishes I could even do a special live stream where we get your students up to speed interactively and we explore and play together. Hit me up on the e-mail address listed on the support page if you want to discuss things some more and in private.

Is there a way to have a group of students play together (each playing on their own devices)?

Yes, that's the core idea behind the game. Everyone plays together in the same world, regardless of operating system or device type. If you create accounts shortly after each other you'll all have a house next to each other in the starting village. You can send/accept friend requests to everyone so you can easily teleport to anyone in the group. Then explore from the village or press 'Play together' on the telecharger to start somewhere random.

Also: what is the subject or topic you want to showcase? What does Angeldust do that you want to highlight in class? If you share a bit more on your goals, I (and others from the community) can help draft a plan or advise on what to do a bit more.

Thanks again! The course is based on analyzing videogames through literary theory (as I'm a professor in a literature department), but I'm incorporating game play days this semester and I thought Angeldust would be good for team building.
