This reminds me of my virtual tour of Bruges. Coming soon: 'Angeldust Earth', right in your browser! :-) Memes aside, interacting with a build makes a visit so much better so I don't want to prevent players from doing anything. Hiding coordinates still leaks chunk file data. Preventing chunk saves still leaks network traffic. There is no way of getting this 100% watertight technically. Maybe the best option is to have an ALL-CAPS disclaimer before publishing a POI, along with three checkboxes indicating: 1.) YES, I understand that ANYONE CAN CLAIM near my POI 2.) YES, I understand that my POI will be WALLED IN by others 3.) YES, I understand that ANYONE can visit ANYTIME
