Some days ago I get level 100 and something strange happened actually Im lvl 103 as u can see on the website but in the game I appear to be lvl 100 but I dont know why is it just because from number 99 to 100 there one number added is it normal or it's a bug?!

It's normal, the game can't count really well after level 100. You'll see a new number every four levels afterwards.

Like Hummm that is. I saw Hummm is level 720 in game and in website another level.
