Just saying guys, he might grief by claiming land inside the village to steal it. I highly recommend you don't give away any base locations until you've done all your base claims and such.

I used to have a village, but it was sadly griefed before 2.7. If you'd like to build a village, I'd love to help out. We can build first, claim later.

Yeah, we have a village but I don't add anyone and I don't share it because I don't want anyone there, and neither do the other two.
