It's more 'maintenance' than 'update'. But one change is that you can now sprint immediately after spawning and you can sprint more often (cool down is reduced a bit). A lot of new players didn't 'get' that sprinting needs to charge before using it, that's why you can now immediately sprint after signing in. This way new players can immediately learn that Shift/Ctrl is sprint.

From what I can tell, the original sprint cooldown was roughly 20-22 seconds. Now it seems to be 17-19 seconds.
