What ever creature you "captured" last will be the one you arrive on next time you login. If you capture a new ride near the old ride, or dismount at your house than re-login (arriving on a new copy) your old ride will become hostile towards you. However, it's less then level 1 (I guess that means 0) and will die easy, but it's not worth any gold, nor as a discovery if it is new to someone near you.
