I would like it if there was regeneration in the game, but only if you haven't got hit for 10 seconds, you start to regenerate slowly. However, then the healing wand would be less of use, but it would work with real-time combat, and there is actually a bit of a regeneration feature in the game, when you're battling an enemy, you start to regen a little when your character says "critical hit!" or when you level up you regain all health, and find them on chests, but I would wish there was normal regeneration
