I have no idea what this is or does yet :-) Maybe you can post some information and details here so that everyone knows what you made and if they would be interested in trying or using it. I see the .zip file contains two similar Windows executables. And 'IMY Converter" makes me think these have something to do with converting the Angeldust texture files. So there's a start. I would urge players to approach unknown executable files with a dose of caution. Run these in a sandboxed VM for instance. As for things being "allowed": if you created it from publicly available data and some reverse engineering I see no problem with it.
