Well I'm not banned yet (I don't believe) which is a good sign. When I built that blue building there behind Firefly's claim some kids came along and they had no worries about claiming near him. The claim directly behind him as you go out of town and the one across the water. They gave me permission to build on them because of other areas. So I went out there and stuck in a couple chairs.

There's a difference between 'technically possible' and 'morally okay' :)! Don't go ruining my stuff please, but feel free to make it better! Also, I totally forgot about my claim near space. Please don't grief it!
