The new algo is not applied at the game logo in the main menu, maybe its intetional, maybe not.

@Loki The Witful: Good stuff! The dirt on the map definitely looks cooked. I vaguely remember seeing this, but it never clicked that there was something wrong. I'll look into it. The small artifact on the stone door is something that's been causing me grief since close to forever. I'll see if I can fix it. @ritpop: You're absolutely right. The blurry logo isn't exactly intentional, but a consequence of some technical limitations. In the next update I hope to ship a higher-resolution version of the logo so it looks sharper.

Updated WebGL 'new' version: https://angeldu.st/static/webgl-new Say hello to my little friend—the minimap! Other changes: 1.) The Angeldust logo is now much sharper everywhere 2.) When quick-using an item (like the saddle) the hotbar doesn't briefly change size anymore when goggles are/were selected 3.) Map colors are no longer cooked Change 3 is part of a larger effort to make the map look prettier. Vertical shadows are now longer and more accurate. I added a secondary light source from the left to add horizontal depth. I tweaked color shading to be more readable and I've removed per-pixel material color dithering. I've also added natural material mixing to make textured parts like in Valessi look smoother. Feedback on the map style, the minimap and anything really is much appreciated.

Nice, suggesttion: make our creatures (horse, snake,etc) visible on minimap. I also noticed, after playing for months just in the old webgl, that these versions dont have outline in the items.
